Day 1
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 Kms Drive + 5 Kms Trek Each Side)
Early morning, drive to Jankichatti via Hanuman Chatti & Phool Chatti. Start a 5 km trek to Yamunotri.
Take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund, visit Yamunotri Temple, Surya Kund, and Divya Shila.
Trek back to Janki Chatti and return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 2
Barkot - Uttarkashi (100 Kms / 4 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. The journey allows time to rest and recover from the previous trek.
Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple before checking into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 3
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (200 Kms Round Trip)
Early morning, drive to Gangotri. Take a holy dip at Gangotri Ghat, visit Gangotri Temple, Bhagirath
Shila,
and Surya Kund. En route back, visit the hot springs at Gangnani. Return to Uttarkashi for an overnight
stay.
Day 4
Uttarkashi – Harsil – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (200 Kms Round Trip)
After an early breakfast, drive towards Harsil Valley and continue to Gangotri.
Visit Gangotri Temple, Gauri Ganesha Temple, Gupteshwar Mahadev, and interact with Tibetan communities.
Return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Uttarkashi – Rishikesh – Haridwar (140 Kms / 5 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh via Tehri Lake. Visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and nearby temples.
Explore ashrams and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere. Proceed to Haridwar for drop-off at the railway
station/airport.
